About Me

Professional Summary

I build the part of a product where data meets a language model. Right now that is GovSpend, from Folder IT: an MCP server that gives an assistant access to US public-sector procurement data, the platform's natural-language search, and the integration that carries its opportunities into Slack.

Before that came RAG pipelines, data ingestion and full-stack backend work, which is where the judgement comes from for knowing when a problem does not need a model. I work remotely with US teams from Santa Fe, Argentina.

Key Achievements

One of the lead developers on GovSpend's MCP server, involved from the start and owning architecture decisions
The MCP server is now one of GovSpend's flagship AI products, credited internally with lifting sales and renewals
Built the integration that lets AI assistants query contracts, bids and agency spending without leaving their workflow
Developer on AI Search, GovSpend's natural-language way into the platform's data

GovSpend MCP Server

MCP server that plugs AI assistants straight into GovSpend, a US public-sector market intelligence platform, so an assistant can bring real contracts, active bids and agency spending into the conversation instead of the user leaving to look them up.

GovSpend AI Search

Natural-language search over GovSpend's public-sector data: instead of building a query out of filters, you ask what you want to know and the platform finds the contracts, bids and spending behind it.

GovSpend Opportunities in Slack

The integration that takes GovSpend's Opportunities module into Slack: a seller pushes a record to a channel from the platform, or sets a schedule and the twenty best-scoring opportunities arrive there on their own.

Implemented Airflow-based data ingestion pipeline for periodic loading into vector database, serving contextual data for a RAG system
